Compote of red currants
1 kg red currant berries
1 kg Sugar Syrup - 50% - tion
1 g citric acid
Berries may be preserved with branches in the future they can be used to decorate the various dishes. Before cooking they need to sort out carefully from various debris and leaves, rinse and allow the water to drain.
