Compote with cherries and wine
750 g cherries
1.5 glass sugar
1 glass wine
1 glass water
1 pinch of ground cinnamon
Connect the water with wine, sugar and cinnamon, cook a thick syrup.
Cherry wash, put in syrup, boil for 2 minutes so that the berries burst.
Serve with cherry compote and wine chilled.
