Cherry compote
0.5-0.6 kg Cherry;
250 g Sugar;
2-2.5 l Water;
50 ml Sweet grape wine;
Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Pour the cooked berry syrup, bring to a boil, cook for a few minutes, remove from heat, cool. In the cooled compote can add a bit of dessert wine to enhance the flavor. Compote is ready.
