Recipe: Apple Compote
Apples
Sugar to taste
Cranberry and cherry
Put a pot of water on the fire. Until the water begins to boil, peel and slices the apples.
When the water boils, make it a syrup, then put in boiling water apples.
Optionally, you can add a bit of cherry and cranberry, this will give compote beautiful color and a nice flavor nuance.
After the water again comes to a boil, cook for 2min.
Remove the compote from the heat and allow to infuse.
