Compote of apples and cranberries
3/4 glass cranberry
3 glass water
1 glass sugar
500 g apples
In this recipe, apple compote and cranberry preserves all the vitamins. 0.75 cups of cranberry juice press. Scrap obtained pour 3 cups of water, boil, strain, add 1 cup of sugar and boil for another.
Apples wash, peel, remove core, cut into slices, pour broth and cook until tender. Then connect with cranberry juice, cool and refrigerate.
