Compote of cranberries with apples
2/3 glass cranberries
200 g apples
3/4 glass sugar
3 glass water
The fresh Apple peel and cut into slices, pour acidified boiling water.
Peel and core apples, pour hot water, proverit-10 minutes, strain and add sugar. Boil to dissolve the sugar. Then dip the fruit in sugar syrup, bring to a boil and add the cranberries. Chill and serve.
