Compote with prunes and apples
200 g prunes
200 g sugar
4 sour apple
2.5 glass water
1 clove bud
3 Art. l. sugar
ground cinnamon
Mix 1.5 cups of water and 200 g of sugar, cinnamon and clove put, to prepare syrup, heated to dissolve the sugar.
Apples clean, boil in syrup so that they do not seethe.
In a separate bowl pour prunes (washed) glass of water, add 3 tbsp sugar, boil under the lid so that prunes are not swollen, get out of the liquid, and get the apples, put them on a platter.
Apple syrup drain, pour the apples and prunes.
Served with stewed prunes and apples chilled.
