Chicken with prunes and apples
1 kg chicken drumsticks
8 pcs. pitted prunes
4 apple
4 small tomatoes
4 Art. l. mayonnaise
2 Art. l. sunflower oil
bay leaves
sugar
salt
Chicken wash, dry, rub with salt and fry until golden brown in butter.
Slice the apples slices, remove the core.
Pour the chicken with water, adding prunes, apples, sugar and bay leaf and simmer for 15 minutes.
Before serving, put the chicken on a platter with fruit, decorate with greens, sliced tomatoes garnish, sprinkle with mayonnaise.
