Roasted Turkey with prunes
5.5 kg Turkey
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
500 g prunes (pitted)
1 glass water
4 glass apples
1 glass breadcrumbs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
RUB the Turkey with cinnamon and salt with pepper. Prunes, cover with water and boil for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, add the sliced apples, crackers, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, stir gently and stuff this mixture over the Turkey.
Sew up the hole. Cook in the oven on medium heat for 3-4 hours until cooked.
