3.5 kg turkey - 3

500 g corn bread (dry)

2 h. l. cumin

Sage - a pinch

2 h. l. parsley (chopped)

50 g Prunes (pitted)

50 g grapes (green seedless)

100 g apples

100 g onion

2 h. l. olive oil

2 Art. l. butter (unsalted)

Preheat oven to 200C. Turkey gut and wash, dry. In a deep tank mix chopped into small cubes, corn bread, cumin, sage and parsley.

In a frying pan with port wine simmer diced prunes, apples and grapes 15 minutes. Separately in olive oil fry the onion until transparent. Combine bread, onions and prepared fruit, mix thoroughly.

Stuff the turkey and sew belly thick white thread. Coat with butter turkey. Bake in oven for 2.5-3 hours. Constantly watered accumulating on the baking juice.
