Roll with prunes and dried apricots
0.8 kg Turkey fillet�
0.1 kg Prunes
0.1 kg Dried apricots

Turkey fillet, rinse under cold water, repel from two sides in the layer 0.5 cm thick. Prunes and apricots, pre-soaked in warm water, rinsed and dried, finely chop. Sprinkle the meat with spices, put on it the mixture of chopped dried apricots and prunes. Now roll the meat in the roll, tie with string and wrap in foil. Place the rolls in a preheated to medium heat oven for 50 minutes. Allow the loaf to cool, then thinly slice, garnish with lettuce leaves and patchwise their family members and guests!
