Stuffed turkey breast
400 g turkey
2 pcs. apples
100 g prune
30 g butter
1 h. l. sugar
for breading:
3 Art. l. wheat flour

Thinly repulsed turkey fillet sprinkle with salt, put in the middle of the stuffing. Close fillet in an envelope, breaded in flour, moisten lezone and fry. Cook until ready in the oven.
For the stuffing: apple peel, core and seeds and chop sticks. Boil prunes, free from bones and chop. Connect the prepared apples, prunes, add sugar and mix. This dish is served with a complex side dish of marinated vegetables, decorate with greenery.
