Pork with lemon and prunes
700 g pork loin
200 g prunes pitted
1 lemon (zest)
1 cinnamon stick
4 glass water
1 tbsp. potato starch
salt
Pork cooked in this recipe will perfectly decorate the Christmas table, it can be submitted as a first course.
Soak the prunes in water, strain the infusion, pour the prunes this infusion, add the cinnamon and lemon zest, bring to a boil.
Pour hot water pork, cook for half an hour, add salt, add the prunes and broth, cook for another half hour.
Remove from broth prunes and prepared meat, chop the pork into pieces.
Cooking sauce: 1 Cup received the broth, bring to boil, pour dissolved in cooled boiled water starch, bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Put pork with prunes on a dish, pour the prepared sauce and decorate with greens.
