Roulade of pork with prunes
1.2 kg pork loin
400 g prunes
1 glass cream
1 glass broth
4 apple
4 Art. l. butter

Such a delicious loaf wonderful decorate the Christmas table, will appeal to all guests.
Prunes to steam and remove it from the bone.
Cut the flesh of pork along, deploy, fight off, get it to the thickness of 1 cm, salt and pepper, put the prunes and apples, peeled and sliced.
