Pork roll baked with prunes
1 kg pork loin
100 g prunes
1 onions
3 Art. l. sour cream
2 h. l. flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
parsley
broth or water
mustard
salt
Remove from the loin ribs, rub the meat with mustard and salt.
Prunes soaked in water, then remove the seeds.
Cover layer of meat prunes and roll to roll, tie thread.
Bake pork roll in the oven periodically watered meat broth or water, cook the meat for about 2 hours.
Chop onion rings, chopped parsley, sprinkle them meat in an hour after the start of baking.
Before serving, pork roll, baked with prunes, cut into slices a la carte.
Serve roll with sauce liquid that remains in the pan: for the sauce in it, add sour cream and flour, boil for 6 minutes.
