Prunes in bacon
200 g prunes pitted
200 g smoked brisket or pork loin
2 tbsp. butter

Cut the bacon in thin slices, soak the prunes for 1-2 hours in cold water.
Wrap slices of breast prunes, fasten a wooden skewer.
Fry in oil until Golden brown.
Submit an appetizer of hot, pre-decorated with greenery.
