Compote of cranberries

1 l water
2-4 glass sugar
lemon, to taste
Select ripe berries cranberries, sort, wash, dry and pour in scalded with boiling water banks (the volume of content available on request). You can add 2-3 slices of lemon. Boil the syrup, pour it over banks and pasteurized at a temperature of 85 degrees C: liter jars for 15 minutes, two-liter -25, a three - 35-40 minutes.
