Compote of raspberries
1 l water
700 g sugar
Berries ripe raspberry bust, remove the rotten and damaged, rinse in cold running water, let it drain. Put in jars and pour the cold syrup. Allow to stand for 8 hours in a cool place. Boil while stirring and removing the foam. Spread along the banks and pasteurized at a temperature of 90 � C: half-liter jars - 20, a three - 25-30 minutes.
