300 g curd mass

1-2 eggs

flour

powdered sugar

vegetable fat

baking powder

vanilla (optional)

Combine egg, cottage cheese, flour, baking powder and vanilla, salt and mix until smooth.

Divide the dough into equal balls to make them cakes in the center of each cake cut with the help of glasses hole holes remaining from the dough, too, to make cake, etc.

Cook Air cheese donuts in a pan with hot oil on both sides, before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
