Buns with raisins
500 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
15 g baker's yeast
100 g butter
2 eggs
20 ml warm milk
50 g sugar
100 g raisins
1 egg yolk, beaten with a little water to lubricate buns
1 pinch of salt
Put the flour and salt in a bowl.
Make a hole in the center.
Pour the beaten eggs with sugar and warm milk with yeast.
Stir.
Add raisins.
Knead 10 minutes, it should be elastic and not sticky.
Add softened butter.
Knead again for 5 minutes.
Cover with a towel and left for half an hour at room temperature.
Punched dough 2 or 3 times.
Make balls of 100 g
Put them on trays.
Cover with a damp cloth and let stand for half an hour more. Muffin should come 2 times by volume.
Lubricate the egg yolk.
Bake at 180 � C for 20 min.
