1 kg wheat flour

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add half of the flour, stir and cover with a towel and leave in a warm place.

If you increase the amount of sourdough 2 times add salt, oil and pounded with 5 simple and vanilla sugar, egg yolks, knead the dough until smooth, to enter the remaining flour and egg whites, whipped into foam.

Again, cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place as soon as it will increase in 2 times, add diced candied fruit, almonds and raisins.

Coat the form with butter, sprinkle the sides with bread crumbs and fill it test for ? put in a warm place, when the dough rises, brush the top with beaten egg.

Bake the dough for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.

When the cake has cooled, decorate with icing, candied fruit, chocolate, berries or marmalade.
