200 g Chocolate

100 g yeast

5 glass wheat flour

3 glass almonds

2 glass sugar

1 glass white sweet wine

1 glass crushed rye crackers

16 egg yolks

12 egg whites

1 h. l. ground cloves

1 h. l. ground cinnamon

1 lemon (juice)

Dissolve the yeast in the water.

Yolks with sugar until white, almond chop, piece of chocolate rub on a grater, finely chopped candied fruit.

Connect prepared ingredients (yeast to add yolks, chopped almonds, grated chocolate, chopped candied fruit), add the flour and spices, add the breadcrumbs, pour rum, wine and lemon juice.

Stir the dough, give it up, knead it again and gradually add the beaten egg whites.

Put the dough in a greased form, fill it 2/3. Bake the dough for about 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

The remaining chocolate is melted, pour over the cake ready, sprinkle cake with powdered sugar.
