6 glass flour

This quantity of products should be enough for two large cake.

Dissolve yeast with warm cream, add 2 cups of flour and place the dough. When the dough is ready, add the egg yolks, mashed with sugar and butter, raisins, saffron tincture, nuts, candied fruit, chopped spices and the remaining sifted flour. Knead the dough and put it on two hours of fermentation, after which add frothed egg whites, gently stir and put the dough in a greased and sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs form that it took no more than half their volume. The finished cakes sprinkled with powdered sugar or zaglazirovat and decorate with jelly.
