6 glass flour

50 g yeast
12 eggs
2 glass sugar
2,5 glass crushed almonds
100 g dark chocolate
0,5 glass by red wine and water
3 tbsp. milled rye bread
2 tbsp. . rum and candied fruit
1 tsp. . ground cinnamon and cloves
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
the juice of one lemon
Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add 2 pinches of sugar, 1.5 cups of flour and stir. When the dough fit, add pounded with the remaining sugar, egg yolks, wine, melted chocolate, rum, lemon juice and spices. Knead the dough and leave at room temperature for several hours. When it rises, type whipped in a solid foam 12 proteins, add the remaining flour, candied almonds and knead well.
Fill the dough greased form before ? volume and allow more time to get up. Then put in a preheated 190-210 �C oven and bake for 1.5 hours.
