Cake with milk and raisins
1 kg wheat flour

380 g milk
300 g butter or margarine
270 g sugar
200 g powdered sugar
150 g raisins
50 g yeast
50 g nuts
50 g candied fruit
50 g walnuts
6 eggs
2 Art. l. lemon juice
2 Art. l. water
h. l. ?. salt
vanillin (pinch)
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, combine with half the flour, stir, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Proteins beat until a stable foam, egg yolks with sugar.
When Opara becomes 2 times to add thereto a salt, vanillin, egg yolks, the remaining flour and the melted butter. Knead the dough, put it back in a warm place, leave, as long as it does not increase by 2 times.
Add chopped nuts into the dough and candied fruits, raisins, stir and put the beaten egg whites.
Prepare forms, lubricate them with oil, cover the bottom with parchment, sprinkle with flour wall.
Fill dough forms on 1/3, in a warm place, cover with a towel, wait for the dough to rise for? shape.
The top of the dough to grease the egg and bake 50-60 minutes at 200 degrees.
Preparation of glaze: pound powdered sugar with lemon juice and hot water, pour over cake.
