Cake "in English"
4 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1.5 glass milk
1 glass sugar
1 glass raisins pitted
3 eggs
15 g fast yeast
Flour combine with butter, a glass of hot milk and sugar.
In 0.5 cups of milk to dissolve the yeast, pour, knead the dough, leave it to ferment in a warm place.
When the dough has risen, add the mashed yolks, beaten egg whites and the raisins.
Oiled baking dish, sprinkle it with flour, fill the dough to 1/3, leave in a warm place.
Once the dough has risen, brush it with beaten egg.
Bake at 200 degrees for 40 -50 min.
Before serving, cut the cake into slices and portioned out onto a plate.
