Easter cake in Starorusskaya
1 kg wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
400 g milk
100 g butter
50 g raisins pitted
3 eggs
yeast
sugar
crushed walnut
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, to add? portions of flour, knead the dough and leave in a warm place for 3 hours for fermentation.
When the dough has risen, add remaining ingredients, knead the dough.
High round baking grease, fill it with dough to 3/4. Cake smeared egg on top and sprinkle with walnuts, then cake is baked in the oven Starorusskaya at medium temperature until ready.
