Cake for Easter
Take about 1.5 kg of flour, 0.8 liters of warm milk, 1/2 cup yeast, dissolve, give up, then pour in 20 egg yolks, white-pounded with 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. melted butter and remaining flour, knead the dough, pour in paper form, oiled.
When the dough has risen for the third time, to put in a hot oven for 1 hour. The dough should be slightly thicker than pancakes. Flour only about 2 kg or a little less.

When baking cakes to remember:
