Warm milk, dissolve the flour, pour the hot cream, stir and allow to cool to heat.

Yeast dissolve in a small amount of milk, add to the mixture along with eggs, leave the brew in a warm place to rise, then enter the raw egg yolks, mashed with sugar, remaining flour, salt and knead the dough again leave to raise in a warm place.
