Honey buns with cinnamon and raisins
In my family we have a tradition: every weekend the whole family to bake something delicious. Especially our family loves honey buns with cinnamon and raisins. Rolls turn fragrant, tender, and cooked whole family and spiritual. Bun coffee is a wonderful addition to Breakfast, with a glass of milk or juice - full afternoon tea.
Ingredients:
- Dough:
- Milk - 1 Art.
- Egg - 1 PCs
- Egg yolk - 1 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 100 gr.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.
- Salt - 1,5 tsp.
- Flour - 4 Art.
- Dry yeast - 2 teaspoon(heaped)
- Raisins - 100 gr.
- Cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1/3 Art.
- Butter - 2 tbsp.
- Honey - 1 tbsp.
- Protein - 1 PCs

Method of preparation:
Wash the raisins and pour the hot water for 20 minutes to swell and become soft.
In a bowl, pour warm milk, vegetable oil, yeast.
Separately, beat the egg yolk, honey and add to the milk, then pour the sifted flour, salt, cinnamon. Knead the dough, cover and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes
Take dried raisins and connected with the dough.
Form balls and spread on covered with parchment paper and greased baking tray, leave to come back 30 minutes
Meanwhile, make the glaze, take sugar, melted butter, honey and protein, all beat up.
When rolls fit, lubricated them with glaze, sprinkle with cinnamon and put in preheated oven to 180 gr. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes
