Rolls "Bumps"
500 g wheat flour
250 g milk
30 g yeast
1 egg
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
? tsp. ground cinnamon
salt
Dissolve the yeast in a 125 warmed milk, add sugar and mix it with flour. Knead the dough, get the dough in a warm place, so it is up. Then add the rest of milk, cinnamon, eggs, salt, sugar and melted butter. Knead the dough, leave it to ferment for half an hour.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces, roll of them cushions and place them on a baking sheet, greased. Let them rise, then scissors make cuts.
Whisk the egg yolk with a tablespoon of water, grease "bumps" and bake for 20 minutes
Prior to submission of the rolls "bumps" can be lubricated with glaze.
To prepare the glaze, combine 100 g of powdered sugar and 1 tbsp. of any berry or fruit juice and 1 tbsp. of hot water, stir until smooth. To make colored icing, use the juices of different colors.
