Cinnamon rolls and lemon "accordion"
250 g flour

100 ml milk
40 g butter
1 lemon (zest and juice)
1 egg
2 Art. l. sugar
Art. l. ?. dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
ground cinnamon
Milk to heat it to be warm, butter rastoprit.
Combine the flour with the sugar, yeast and salt, stir, add the milk and eggs, knead the dough is non-stick.
Place the dough in a greased deep bowl, cover with cling film and leave for 1-2 hours, so it is up.
Divide the risen dough into several parts, each subtly roll.
Lubricate each circle of dough with oil, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, along cut into strips, lay them on top of each other, cut across, the parts must not be the same.
Lay out pieces of dough in a greased rectangular shape, putting everyone on the long edge.
