Pancakes with cinnamon
1 kg flour

500 ml milk
75 ml vegetable oil
50 g yeast
50 g butter
50 g sugar
10 g salt
10 g cinnamon
2 eggs
Combine yeast and 400 ml of warm water, add half the flour, mix well and leave in a warm place for an hour.
Add to the dough cinnamon, salt, egg yolks, mashed with sugar, vegetable oil.
Thoroughly mix the dough, add the remaining flour, stir, pour a thin stream while stirring the warm milk.
Egg whites whisking, add to the dough, mix gently, leave the dough in a warm place, when it again rises, stir, and then leave for half an hour.
When the dough rise again bake pancakes with cinnamon on a greased butter the pan on both sides.
