Bread with cinnamon "Air"
390 g flour

250 g sugar
120 g butter
80 ml milk
60 ml water
2 eggs
2 tsp. dry yeast
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Flour mixed with dry yeast 50 g sugar.
Eggs separately beat.
In warm milk to dissolve the butter, add vanilla and water.
Combine egg and milk mixture is creamy, gradually add the flour and knead the dough, cover it with a towel for an hour to keep warm.
Roll out the dough with a layer 50 by 30 cm, smooth the surface 60 g melted butter.
Cinnamon mixed with 200 g of sugar, sprinkle the entire surface of the dough, round knife (for pizza) to cut the dough lengthwise into 6 equal strips, then each strip folded accordion.
