Sugar cookies with cinnamon
125 g softened butter

0,5 glass brown sugar
2 tbsp. tablespoons molasses
2 eggs
1,75 glass plain sifted flour
0,5 glass sifted self-raising flour
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
0,5 tsp. soda
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
Using an electric mixer, beat butter with sugar until creamy. Add 1 egg and molasses. Beat well. Add flour, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and soda. Stir. Knead the dough on a floured surface. Divide the mixture into two equal parts. Each part of the dough, roll the cake with a diameter of about 10 cm Wrap the waxed paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
The oven pre-heat to 180?C. Take two baking trays, vystelit them waxed paper. Will combine sugar and remaining cinnamon. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut from a figurine in the shape of Christmas trees, put on baking sheets. Peel off the remaining egg white from the yolk, lightly whisk protein, lubricate the surface of the cookies. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until light brown in color.
