Macaroons with raspberry jam, cardamom and cinnamon
2 3/4 cup wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 1/4 cup almonds
1 glass butter
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raspberry jam
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp salt
Almonds grind into powder, mixed with baking powder, spices and salt, then stir this mixture with flour friable.
Sugar and butter until creamy grind, to drive the egg, mix everything well.
Combine almond flour mixture and cooked oil cream, stir until smooth.
Roll out the dough on a clean work surface with a rolling pin into a rectangle about 1 cm thick, then wrap with cling film, 2 hours away in the cold.
Roll out the dough again - this time a layer should be thin, about 0.5 cm thick, cut cookies molds (it should have an even number).
Lay a parchment baking tins, put cookies, remove it for an hour in the cold.
Put cookies in a preheated 175 degree oven for 8 minutes to get to the liver and cool completely.
