Bagels with cinnamon
For the dough:
80 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
1 glass flour
1 egg
1 bag vanilla sugar
3 tbsp. sugar
For the filling:
6 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Beat softened butter at room temperature with vanilla and plain white sugar, beat the egg, whisking, add half of the sifted flour, stir, add the remaining flour, quickly knead the dough.
Divide the dough in half, each half roll into a flat circle, cut into sector.
For each sector to fill mixed with sugar and cinnamon, roll bagels.
Put the rolls on with parchment baking sheet.
Bake the bagels with cinnamon at a temperature of 200 degrees in a preheated oven until Golden, cool on a rack.
