Bagels with mushrooms picnic
500 g flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
300 ml milk
100 g melted margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
300 g mushrooms
1 egg
1 onions
dill
Dissolve the yeast with the sugar in warm milk, add 100 g of flour, stir, and leave for 20 minutes
Finely chop the onion, mushrooms, saut the mushrooms, then add the onions, allow to cool, add chopped dill, pepper and salt, separately, beat the egg, then add the filling.
Melt the butter for the dough, whisk the eggs, sift flour, add eggs and oil, mix well, add the dough, the dough should be soft, to grease the bowl with vegetable oil, put in it the dough and leave it for an hour.
Roll out the dough circle, cut it into segments as pizza slices, and from the narrow edge to make longitudinal incisions.
On the opposite edge to put the stuffing, wrap the roll, starting from the wide end to the narrow, put the bagels on a parchment, leave on for 15 minutes, brush with egg mixed with milk.
To prepare the rolls with mushrooms picnic at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
