Pizza with mushrooms and sausage
For the dough:
200 g flour

15 g compressed yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vegetable oil
90 g water
Salt
To prepare the filling:
20 plastics smoked sausage
4 canned champignon
1 onions
3 tbsp. ketchup
? sweet pepper
120 solid grated cheese
Mix the yeast with a little warm water and add sugar and salt, leave for 10-15 minutes in a warm place.
Pour the flour mound in the center to make a hole, pour in the remaining water and yeast. Knead the dough, in the end, add vegetable oil, cover and leave to ferment in a warm place.
When the dough rises twice, knead it, and again to give up. Then roll out and place the dough on a baking sheet, greased and lined with parchment.
Spread the dough with ketchup and sprinkle part of the cheese. Evenly lay the first plastics sausage, then the chopped mushrooms and onion, sweet pepper, sliced into strips, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
Bake the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees.
Cut the finished pizza into slices and serve with hot sauce.
