Boil the potatoes knead on a table or board, mix thoroughly with flour. Knead the dough tender, cover it with a towel and put in a warm place for 2 hours.
Then roll and put in a pan with a diameter 24-26 cm, height 5 cm, butter greased, so as to cover the bottom and sides of the pan. In a bowl put the chopped sausage, ham, cheese, cheese, grated cheese, pour the eggs and milk, salt, pepper and beat well. Put the stuffing
on the dough, close it by the edges, place in hot oven for 40-50 minutes.
Serve hot.
