"Elite" sandwich cake
1 loaf of hearth bread
400 g filet & salmon
what kind of salmon to choose? we'll show
100 g butter
20 cranberry
1 glass heavy cream
1 sweet pepper
1 onions
1 lemon
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. brandy
mustard with horseradish
red pepper
salt
Cut the crusts from the bread on all sides, cut the flesh along horizontally into 2 layers.
Cut salmon fillet slices.
Butter to soften, combine the mustard and cognac, salt.
Whip the cream and combine with chopped peppers and onions, pepper and salt.
Spread the bottom layer of the bread the butter mixture, on top lay a large part of plastics salmon.
On the surface of the second layer, apply the cream mixture.
Divide the cake into 8 segments and each arrange slices of salmon, berries, lemon and greens.
