Cake "Spicy"
Ingredients:
360 g bread flour (all)

300 g salmon canned
200 g cheese 20% fat
100 g cream cheese
2 onion - head
100 g butter
1 tsp. the spicy mustard
1 tbsp. brandy
180 g the cucumbers
100 g radish
5 g salt
5 g red pepper
Butter mash, add mustard, cognac, salt and mix well.
With bread, cut off crusts and cut lengthwise into two layers.
The lower reservoir spread the prepared mixture and lay on top of part of the salmon slices. Cover with the second layer and the entire "cake" now spread the cheese mass.
For curd cottage cheese mix with cheese, add chopped onions (leave rings for decoration), salt and red pepper.
Divide the surface of the cake into 12 segments. Each of them will decorate with a slice of salmon, onion ring, sliced radish, cucumber.
