Sandwiches with kiwi and salmon
400 g cottage cheese
6 plastics salted salmon
6 slices of bread for sandwiches
3 kiwi
1 dill
1 cucumber average
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
salt
Clear all kiwi, cut them into thin circles, each slice of salmon cut in half.
Cut off the peel with a cucumber, finely chop the pulp, salt it and leave for 10 minutes, then pour the extracted juice and squeeze it, add cheese, chopped dill and mayonnaise, mix well.
Each piece of bread spread with cottage cheese and cucumber mixture, put 2 pieces of fish on each slice of bread, cut the sandwich into 4 squares, each to put on a Cup kiwi, and fold the squares turret at each other.
Submit sandwiches with kiwi and salmon for Breakfast or lunch.
