500 g 2 fillet of haddock (on )
2 tbsp. soy sauce
? lemon (juice)
2 tsp. sour cream
black pepper and allspice

Clean the fish from scales, to remove the bones to RUB fillets with seasoning for fish without salt, drizzle with lemon juice to clean for 2 hours in a cool place.
Put the fish in the sleeve, pour soy sauce over each fillet to put 1 tsp. of the mixture of sour cream with peppers, spread over the entire surface.
Loosely fasten the sleeve to leave a hole diameter of 1 cm, to penetrate into the sleeve 2 holes, so that the moisture could easily evaporate.
Prepared diet fish in the sleeve in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
