Boiled shrimps
250 g shrimp
5 g salt
2 g red pepper
5 g leeks
5 g ginger
25 ml wine
2 g of sodium glutamate
Wash the shrimp and drain. Heat in a pot with water (enough to fit all of the shrimp). Add the leeks, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate, wine and pepper. Bring to boil and cover the shrimp. Again bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook until tender (about 3 minutes). Remove and cool. To separate the head and the shell, put on a dish.
