Ravioli with shrimp and pork
Required Products:
2 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 g peeled shrimp
10 g leek finely chopped
5 g ginger finely chopped
1 h. l. soy sauce
1 h. l. sesame oil
1/2 h. l. glyutamat sodium
Salt - to taste
250 g pork - minced
Shrimp wash, dry, mix with salt, sesame oil, half the norm sodium glutamate and garlic.
In minced add 2 tablespoons of water, soybean oil, ginger, remaining MSG, wild garlic, salt and mix well.
Knead the dough from flour, 1 cup water and salt. Leave on for 30 minutes. Roll the dough into a long roll, cut into pieces weighing 15 g and roll out thin round cakes.
