Egg crepes with shrimp
What you need:
100 g shrimp peeled
4 PCs egg
1 onion - head
1 tbsp. potato starch
1/2 glass chicken bouillon
3 tbsp. wine red
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt - to taste

Shrimp, rinse, add chopped onion, wine, salt and stir.
In a pan heat oil and fry it in the beaten eggs in the form of pancakes (about 10 pieces). The pancakes to wrap the prepared shrimp and boil in a water bath for 15 minutes.
Chicken broth, bring to boil, add diluted with a little water, starch, again bring to a boil.
When serving, drizzle the pancakes hot broth and finished with fresh herbs.
