Egg pancake with shrimp
100 g peeled shrimp
4 eggs
1 onions
? glass chicken broth
1 tbsp. potato starch
3 tbsp. red wine
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
greens
salt (to taste)
Rinse the shrimp, add the wine, finely chopped onion and salt, mix well.
Beat the eggs. Were heated oil in a frying pan and fry it egg mass in the form of pancakes (10 PCs).
Prepared shrimp wrap in the pancakes and cook for 15 minutes on a water bath.
Bring to the boil chicken broth, add the starch, pre-dissolved in a small amount of water, again bring to a boil.
Before serving, pour the pancakes hot broth, decorate with greens.
