Mushroom salad with shrimp
For this recipe you will need:
600 g mushrooms (fresh)
225 g shrimp (peeled boiled)
1 pcs. sweet pepper
175 g vegetable oil
1/2 pcs. onion
1 garlic - clove
4 Art. l. lemon juice
dry white wine
parsley (branches), salad - to taste
pepper, salt - to taste
300 g Canned beans
Mix 8 tablespoons wine 2 sprigs parsley, onions, add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes. Spoon with holes, remove the shrimp and let cool.
Fry in oil of the mushrooms, cut into thin slices, cool, add the remaining oil, lemon juice. Sprinkle with minced garlic, 2 teaspoons chopped herbs and lots of pepper. Shake and let stand 30 minutes.
Admixed with the mushroom mixture a little salt, add the shrimp, beans, chopped bell pepper and mix well.
On portioned serving dish, Lay lettuce, top with mushroom mixture with shrimp. Cover and before serving keep in a cool place. When serving sprinkle with herbs.
