The Christmas appetizer with shrimp, sweet peppers and mushrooms
350 g peeled shrimp
2 garlic cloves
? tsp. saffron
Chile
olive oil
salt
For the salad:
5 olives
4 garlic cloves
3 pepper
1 onions
1 lemon
? the bunch of dill
? bunch of cilantro
fresh mushrooms
salt
Pan with oil heat, put the chopped garlic (2 cloves), fry for 2-3 minutes, add the shrimp, then saffron, chilli and salt and fry for 4-5 minutes, remove from heat.
Bake peppers for about 10-15 minutes on the grill in the oven, immediately put under a stream of cold water, peel, remove the seed box.
Grind finely chopped onion, pepper, garlic, dill, cilantro, olives, mushrooms in small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
